How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and fulfilled. Some items are made to order and may take 2-4 weeks to ship.

What method of payment is accepted?

We accept all credit and debit cards (including AMEX), PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay

Do you cover duties/tax for international shipments?

Only domestic shipments are currently supported. If you are residing outside of the U.S. and would like to place an order please contact customerservice@chateaux.com (mailto:customerservice@chateaux.com)

Do you cover lost or stolen packages?

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at orders@chateaux.com so that we can help file a claim with the shipping carrier.

What is your return policy for domestic shipments?

Unworn and unused merchandise accompanied by the original purchase receipt can be exchanged for store credit within 7 days of delivery.

When will sold out items be back in stock?

Our work is limited batch, so when it’s gone it’s gone. Please check back in for derivative designs.

Can I add prescription lenses to my frames?

Yes! Take your frames to your optometrist and they will be able to switch the lenses for your prescription.
